Hi, I'm Darla Hardy—nurse executive, doctoral-prepared leader, entrepreneur and the creator of Sell On Social.
After decades in healthcare and leadership, I know how to solve problems, build relationships, teach complicated concepts and create systems that people can actually follow.
When I stepped into social selling, though, I found myself being taught something very different: copy-and-paste messages, scripted outreach and sales tactics that felt more like chasing people than building relationships.
That wasn't how I wanted to build.
So I invested in learning marketing and began applying something I'd spent my entire career practicing: relationship management.
Today, I teach social sellers how to replace random activity with strategy—so they can understand their audience, create content with purpose, communicate confidently and turn genuine connections into conversions.
And as I prepare for my own next chapter beyond full-time healthcare leadership, I'm building the same kind of business I help other women create:
