Hi, I'm Darla Hardy—nurse executive, doctoral-prepared leader, entrepreneur and the creator of Sell On Social.
After decades in healthcare and leadership, I know how to solve problems, build relationships, teach complicated concepts and create systems that people can actually follow.
When I stepped into social selling, though, I found myself being taught something very different: copy-and-paste messages, scripted outreach and sales tactics that felt more like chasing people than building relationships.
That wasn't how I wanted to build.
So I invested in learning marketing and began applying something I'd spent my entire career practicing: relationship management.
Today, I teach social sellers how to replace random activity with strategy—so they can understand their audience, create content with purpose, communicate confidently and turn genuine connections into conversions.
And as I prepare for my own next chapter beyond full-time healthcare leadership, I'm building the same kind of business I help other women create:
one designed around experience, purpose and the life we actually want to live.

What's the difference between Self-Paced and Personal Guidance?
Both options include the complete Sell On Social program. Self-Paced gives you everything you need to work through the program independently. Personal Guidance includes the complete program plus three private 45-minute coaching sessions with Darla to help you apply what you're learning to your own business.
Is this a membership?
No. The new Sell On Social offers are one-time purchases. Self-Paced is $147 and Personal Guidance is $444. There is no recurring monthly fee.
How long will I have access?
You'll have ongoing access to the Sell On Social program and its included resources. If you choose Personal Guidance, your three coaching sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
What if I start with Self-Paced and decide I want personal guidance later?
You can add Personal Guidance later. Contact me and I'll provide the upgrade option so you don't have to repurchase the complete program.
Do I need a large audience or an established business?
No. Sell On Social is designed to help you build the strategy, content and confidence you need whether you're starting from scratch, rebuilding your social presence or ready to become more intentional about turning your audience into opportunities.
What if I'm not very comfortable with social media?
