No‑Refund Policy for Tribe Building Secrets

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of courses, products, memberships, content, or any materials available under Tribe Building Secrets (collectively, “Digital Products”) are non‑refundable. Once a Digital Product is delivered, accessed, downloaded, or activated, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

2. Clear Disclosure & Acknowledgement

The no‑refund policy is clearly presented on every product page, during the checkout process (e.g., via a checkbox), and in order confirmation emails.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you understand and agree: “I have read and accept that this digital product is non‑refundable.”

3. Exceptions (Limited)

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds only if:

You made a duplicate purchase of the same Digital Product

You experience a technical issue that prevents access, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Disputes and chargebacks through payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are strongly discouraged. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to contest it, as your agreement to this policy can be verified through published terms at purchase time.

5. Compliance & Legal Rights

We comply with applicable U.S. laws and Pennsylvania consumer protection statutes. However, as this sale involves digital content, general laws allow us to regulate refund terms. That said:

This No‑Refund Policy does not apply to defective or misrepresented content. If the Digital Product is materially different than described or fails to function, you may request either an exchange, repair, or (at our discretion) a refund.

For non‑Pennsylvania customers, international consumer protections may apply (e.g., EU “cooling‑off” rights). These rights may be waived once the product is fully accessed with explicit user acknowledgment before purchase.

6. Termination & Changes to Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will take effect upon posting and will apply to purchases made afterward. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
